POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been to Checkers Hyper Baywest Mall PE, twice after each other, Saturday 27th in which i do my monthly shopping and spend about R10K per month, service we received from Cashier was disgusting, she had no way of addressing my husband and had a very bad attitude, we called in the morning to find out of they have little shopper at store, the customer agent has advised yes, they just restocked, when we got their our till had none and because spending R10K we entitles to get about 42 OF THEM IF NOT MORE. 1st cashier made no efforts to request some, the cashier next to her just point blank refused to give hers that she had left in her box, we eventually just stood their and no one assisted its like we had to just accept it and move on. i then called the manager and he went to find some for the kids in stock room, I went to same store Monday and again poor service from cashier they have no way pf speaking to the customers, no smile no communicate, so now i will take my R10K monthly shopping else where, I'm disgusted in how we were treated,
