Poor customer service.

I am soo disappointed with the service I received today at Cornubia mall Checkers. Had to go and get what I wanted in food *****s because lady that was serving did not want to assist me. I needed something to eat during at half 3-4pm and I got to a line and one lady was assisting 3 white ladies and no-one else was in line so I walked pass to point at what I wanted. No hello she just said go to the line. I said the other lady is already assisting the ladies in line and she said okay and walked away. I stood there for about 5 minutes and she continued as if nobody was needing assistance. She picked boxed to pack her cooked chicken, went inside the little room and with such attitude she kept looking at me until I smiled and walked out.

When you go to a job interview you say you are a people's person and says all sort of lies but when it comes to delivering good customer service you fail. Unfortunately I did not get her name I would have liked to mension the name on this post but because I have the time everything should be on camera.
