Poor customer service

Good Day

I was at checkers at Bay west mall in port elizabeth to buy food. There was a guy before me being attended to so I patiently waited for my turn. Once the lady was done helping the guy before me, she then decided to assist her colleague who came after me. I was so annoyed because she didnt even bother to ask me if its ok. She probably thinks have nothing else to do other than chill there the whole time. You can even check footage if you wish, it was around 16:30, I just left without buying. Your employees has no customers including the guy that was being served from checkers brcause he should have known its wrong.
