Poor Customer Service

I went to Checkers Davenport to return 1,2kg Kellogs Cornflakes which were stale and I had bought them when they were on promotion for R37.99. When I got to the store I spoke to cashier at Kiosk counter who then called the manager Lavina. The minute she arrived she had no time to listen as to why am I returning the product, she was just bluntly rude and even had a facial expression. I normally shop at Overport bt since I was in the area I thought I could go to Checkers and receive the same kind of service I receive at Overport. I have never seen a manager so rude and impatient in my life, I will neva set my foot in that branch ever.
