Poor customer ethic

I visited the checkers cornubia branch on 2024 03 28 thursday around 11 to do a cash withdrawal .i went to the money market and the cashier told me she just arrived and had no money .i then went to another cashier she told me she doesnt have any cash .i then went to cashier no 1 ,her name was nosipho .i asked her if she had any money to withdraw she said no .i asked her how can such a big store have no money in their tills .she then gave me a nasty look and uttered something in zulu.The supervisor also arrived by the name of nosipho i explained to her how rude the cashier was and she then managed to get me the cash .Checkers need to train their employees on customer service cause its us who pay their salaries and it doesnt fall from the sky .Their cashiers seem to have x ray vision cause they can see in the till if there is any money .i will be doing y shopping somewhere else .
