Poor Customer care

Today I went to your store in Worcester Mountain Mill Mall, I was never felt small like that before. I went to purchase bus tickets and some groceries. at your money market, I was not satisfied with your money market staff, we were waiting in the queue for more than 15 minutes because they are waiting for someone who was busy checking the bus and left the store to make some calls outside, I then asked them what we should wait for someone who not there and why they only have one till open? they said it's a standard to wait for the customer and the tills operators went for lunch. we were a laughing stock like we were crazy people and they keep talking in Afrikaans s that I don't speak or understand. I reported to the customer care lady she walk away as I was talking to her.
