Poor Communication

I saw a whole of manager shouting at the staff member right in front of us as customers I think it would be better if they mistreat them at the office not where everyone see that I was so shocked and sad and we love Checkers store se somebody please intervene.....i don't recall the name of the manager but it's Trainee manager, bit dark skin, wear glasses and have hair cut
