Poor business

On the 20th November, I bought staff for R614 from Checkers Foresthill through Sixty60 App. Staff could not be delivered and advised that their system is offline. They canceled the matter for me and promised that I will get me money. I am still waiting for my Money. I call everyday and receive empty promises.
