Poor attitude and very unhelpfull

I went to checkers braam fisher to day at 5pm to get 40 packets of hullets 2.5kg sugar that was advertised at R23.99 per pkt. I scrutinised your leaflet and NO WHERE does it say that store can limit stocks. It says WHILE STOCK LASTS. I spend a fortune at checkers only because i bank with FNB and i get 15% back from FNB in e bucks. Now the branch had a big stock of this sugar and there would have been plenty left over for others. I have decided that the branch manager given a little authority needs SERIOUS training or otherwise you must label your adds to say we reserve the right to limit quantities. Your manager should KNOW his leaflets.I am considering going back to pick n pay where i have NEVER been refused stock and even at spar they give me whatever i want even specials. From my point of view i am going to complain to FNB and push them to give this 15% to pick n pay purchases as well so i dont need checkers.I DONT want this branch manager to phone me as i want checkers head office to handle this complaint. SHAME ON YOU CHECKERS BRAAM FISHER.
