Poor app service and badly prepared food

After downloading the Checkers 60/60 app, I was very disappointed with the poor service. Everything I ordered was not available. This is not very efficient if efficiency is what you are aiming for.

Then I went to the store to purchase the items I needed, while I was at the store I bought cream spinach from your deli together with other items and to my disappointment when we were having lunch the cream spinach tasted like it had sand in it. It had those hard particles almost like it was not rinsed properly before preparation.

This experience has really disappointed because I enjoy shopping at your store and as a result of this I will have to go somewhere else even if it cost more.

The store I'm complaining about is Checkers at Boksburg Retail Park.
