Poor and safe service

Good day,

I made a purchase through Sixty 60 checkers mall of Africa for a few items, I later realized one of the item which happened to be 500ml organic coconut water was already opened and used.

I contacted Sixty60 and they asked for details with pictures which I provided andsince then no communication made again. I emailed again and was ignore
