Poor and incompetence of staff terrible!

18/02/2024 at 17h35 I bought a gel activator which was priced R39.00 on the shelf in the Harvest Place in Kempton Park. I went to the cashier to pay and Hlengiwe Dube was rude with me. I questioned why 2 item were that price because it was only one rand a difference on each. She became agitated and very rude, she said to me maybe it will change as she uses XTRA card. I requested her to do a price check to confirm as I cannot pay double the price and yet on the shelf, I saw the amount. She refused and harshly said they cannot do price check. I went back to the shelf took a photo. As I was about to return to the till there was Zinhle removing the items on the shelf and removing the price tag. I told Zinhle that the tag she is removing on those items is the 1 as she can confirm that I did not pack. I asked Zinhle to call the manager as I will not agree to be penalised for their wrong Packaging. Zinhle raised her voice and tone saying to me tone mummy that is a barcode and I responded and said Well, I bought a product not a barcode, she must call her manager whom I thought would understand the law of pricing and packaging. This store has *********** bullies working mafia style,

I waited by the till point for the manager who came shaking her head and raising a hand without saying anything to me, she just processed the price and left. As she left because I was also quite the cashier Hlengiwe finalized my purchase and said to me Phew!! Mama with an attitude I took the receipt and left. Teamwork in this branch is Bad and Poor.
