Poor and appalling rude behavior by Trifina Dlamini at Kolonade store

my local checkers is the Kolonade store in Montana, This lady Trifina Dlamini will make the store loose customers her attitude sucks, 2nd time being assisted by her at the till, always upset and refuses to greet and the worst of it all, she wont pack your groceries in the the plastic, she would rather watch you pack and fold arms and help you pay after. I asked her yesterday why every time she is upset and refuse to pack groceries, she gave me so much attitude, to a point I will rather go to the woolies store for better customer service then be made to feel like till staff are doing me a favor. poor custom,er service very poor.
