Poor advertising and management customer care.

I continually receive poor service at the Checkers in Rylands, the management refuses to acknowledge that the advert is clear and refuses to give me the advertised item, or an alternative. Write an email to the complaints department, which states there turn around time is 24 hours, it's already been more than two weeks without even the slightest communication, why have a complaints set up if you don't respond?
