Poor Accounts Management (Checkers Food Service)

Our company has been making use of Checkers Food Service for a few years now.

Last month our buying card was lost and we had to order a new one. After a long and poor customer care experience we finally got our new card.

When we attempted to use it in stores it declined. After receiving our statement we noticed that Checkers changed our 30 Days credit limit account with them from R7000.00 to R0.01

What should we buy with one cent?

The matter was given through to Checkers Food Services: *** Difedile Serakalala: ***

Difedile handled our replacement of the card. No response for over a week from Difedile or Checkers Accounts Dept.

We have no other option but the go to a new service provider.
