Poisonous cooked meals

On the 22nd of March 2023 Checkers cooked meals landed me in hospital. I am beyond shock, I honestly don't know how Checkers (Shelly Beach)serves customers poisonous meals. On 22/03/2023 I bought macaroni & cheese with chicken, before I was assisted I asked the staff if their food was fresh and if it was prepared the same day, I was assured the food was prepared that day and fresh. Not long after eating the meal my body started reacting, I was itching all over, lumps and bumps started appearing on my skin, my inside felt sick and I knew something was wrong with the meal I bought at checkers since it was the only meal I had that evening. I rushed to Shelly Beach Hospital to seek help and I was hospitalized.

the thought that I could have been killed by food that was approved by a Manager to be sold to the public makes me sick.
