Platter selection

<p>Tried to order a platter at Checkers Diamond Pavillion on the 3/11/16. Stood around for half an hour waiting for the staff to get the codes of the platters so as to give me the price. After all the waiting I was told they don't make the French bread platters. I asked that they call the New Park branch, they never did. I was told to leave my nr and they would call me to return when they eventually found the codes. That would be a major inconvenience as I live far from the mall. I then went to the New Park branch and the lady just said they only make 3 types of platters. And that they have old menus and will not be able to help me.</p> <p>So why have a menu advertising a variety of platters but can't you order anything? This was very frustrating!</p>
