Platter ordered but no platter made
I ordered a meat platter on their online platter order form. I placed the order on the 17th March 2015, to collect the 19th of March 18:30 at the Checkers Westdene Bloemfontein branch. I received an order confirmation email from the them but on the 19th, 10 minutes before I am suppose to collect the platter I called the branch to see if the platter was ready and the lady on the phone (very rude by the way) at the Deli section, told me she has no knowledge of a platter ordered and there was no platter made for me. When I told her I placed an order online via their website, she just told me they do not take order over the phone or online, so I asked her why did I receive a confirmation email for the meat platter that I ordered, all she could say was that she does not know of a platter and no platter has been made. So how the hell did I receive a confirmation email of the order placed and collection take and venue, if the staff do not know about an order?

Order Confirmation
Inbox
x
[Email Removed]

Mar 17

Hi Bianca,

Thank you for your order!
