Plastic object found in pie

Hi Checkers. It is to great disappoint that I have to report a plastic object found in the pie that my son consumed. As he was eating, he pulled out what looked like a solid, hard straw. Fortunately I was with him. I cannot image the potential danger this could have caused internally. I have the slip, and pictures to prove this claim.
