Pie that almost ****ed my son

Good day all , 13 of October 2018 i took my family out for Lunch to Sandton City , when we got there my wife suggested we go to Checkers to buy 4 pies as a starter so we went and purchased them at 15:37 line/lane 10 , To my dismay we couldn't even get a chance to eat lunch as a few minutes after my son had that pie he immediately got sick .

I was very stressed , sad and scared at the same time so we went back home as i though he would get better but he got worse as the night progressed .

We didn't sleep at all he was vomiting all night , i though to myself my child's favorite pie might end up ****ing him so i drove to the hospital and got there at 4 am and we waited for the doctor who attended my son after 6 am and confirmed that it was food poison which might have been triggered by a pie .

I am very unhappy about this and if we don't reach an amicable solution (which in this case will be a compensation for the hospital bill ) i will have no choice but to seek a legal advise . Please note that i have all the documents , the doctors file and invoices for your perusal .
