Phone ****** in store

So u got pick pocketed in checkers Queenswood yesterday, my phone was ****** right in store from my jacket!! left the store to go and block all my accounts and numbers and all, when I returned to report the incident no one cares, waited a good 15 minutes for the manager to come out from wherever she was, then waited another 30 minutes to b assisted with whatever procedure they are supposed to follow, my one year old started getting agitated and I left the store without any assistance at all.we should be able to shop peacefully in such a well known and established store I am so disappointed and feel unsafe to shop there again.
