Phillips ceramics steam iron 2000 watts

I had seen a special in the checkers hyper catalog, when I got to the store to purchase the item the sales lady had said there is no stock of the item, however I was promised stock will be arriving and can recieve the item at the sale price stated on the catalog. My second visit to the store I was once again told no stock and I must be the one to keep contacting them to check if stock arrives. I had seen the exact item on the floor with the same features advertised at a different prise when I queried the sales assistant insisted it is not the same item knowing it is. My experience is absolutely terrible their customer care loyalty does not match up.
