I’m fed up with Petshop Science Silverwater Crossing! Had three terrible experiences: - 7 Dec: Bought a Rogz collar, staff struggled to find price, took 20min+ calling/WhatsApping colleagues. - 28 Dec: Tried redeeming a R150 voucher, staff didn't know how to apply it, same story as above. - Today: Went for an advertised special, but staff said I didn't meet the Vondi’s frozen food purchase requirement, which was NOT stated on the adverti*****t. When I asked about the mistake, they asked what I'd do about it instead of honouring it. Left everything else I intended to purchase.

Same rude lady assisted each time. Staff seem untrained in customer service and POS system.
