Petrol comes down but Chckers gets more expensive

For quite a few years I have done my monthly grocery shop at this particular Checkers. Their prices were always reasonable and they had a huge variety of things. After Christmas was the first strike, the prices had sky rocketed and the shelves were empty, still I did my shopping. Yesterday I go back to do my next month's shop and despite the petrol price decrease over the last few month's Checkers prices have just continued to rise. The last straw for me was when I noticed that 2 particular products have increased by R10 in a month. And I couldn't even use my Easy Coupons because MTN's signal is non existent these days. So Checkers, as per your slogan, Don't change your lifestyle change your supermarket, I will change my supermarket. I will go elsewhere. Congrats, you have lost a client.
