Pensioners SASSA withdrawals

I'm making a withdrawal of my Parents' state pension every month at Checkers. Not once did I encounter a smooth transaction. I have to go from one que to the other, just to be told that the teller do not have enough cash. There is always a discussion from one teller to the other about the matter in full view of all the shoppers. I'm treated in a uncivilized manner and with hostility. Complaining to management, I've been told several times that there is no cash. As you come in to the store there is a big sign stating \Cash withdrawals here. I've tried different days at the beginning of the month but to no avail. I've decided to absorb the Banks ATM fees for piece of mind and going to take my shopping to other stores even if I have to pay more."
