Pay twice for what you order + 15%...and wait forever to get your money back...

On the 15th of October I made the mistake of ordering food and alcohol via the Sixty60 app for the first time. They proceeded to reserve the full value of the purchase + 15% on my credit card, despite the fact that I received NO substitutes.

Post delivery, the processed the actual value of the transaction through my account as well. To this day (7 working days later), the reserved funds have still not been released.

I get scripted replies back from their helpdesk, and a very arrogant agent (Noni Hadi) rep**** on Friday last week that I can contact my bank if I want a quicker turnaround...
