Pay It Off bad service

Checker Pay It Off Store card service is not very helpful. I phoned on 2026-06-02 for a settlement letter, but I cannot get a letter as the account does not reflect payments yet. Phone again on 2026-06-05 for the settlement letter not available again. I got upset phone was dropped by the consultant. Phone again, asked to speak to the team leader, listened to nice music, call dropped. Poor Service. Still dont understand why it takes so long just to generate a settlement letter.
