Pay back the money Checkers!

<p>I bought a City to City return bus tickets at Checkers Westgate Mall to avoid Easter holiday hassles, then there was a bus strike. Firstly I went for a refund before the holidays and I was told that only City to City systems are apparently offline and I should come get my refund when I return on Monday, I asked if there wouldn't be any complications as the dates on the ticket would have passed and they said no there won't be any problems. When I went back there after Easter they told me that I cannot get my refund because I'm late whilst it was their systems which weren't working when I wanted to claim on time. I have now lost abut R1000 instead of a mere R390 because I couldn't get my refund!</p>
