Pay back the money

Hello,due to personal and health issues I left my employment in January to be closer to family, normally I get paid weekly every Monday, so I started working on the 10th of October last year however got first pay on the 23rd of that month meaning they owe me a full weeks pay because I only got one weeks salary on the 23rd..I have since been trying to call to no avail the admin is always busy but never returning my calls, on the contract they are supposed to pay me back that money after I leave however it has not come and since I am not working and moved from George Eden Meanderwhere the store is I can no longer reach them and have exhausted all the money I had.please help I can't even afford to go to drop off cv's nor travel to town when I hear about work I need my money.
