Pathtic customer service!

Once at the till point after shopping they rung up body wash at R29.99, I told the cashier that these were on the shelf as R19.99, she sent the packer to check the pricing - I went with her and showed her that the shelf itself has no pricing on, but the only indication of a price is an A4 photo of the previous shelf fully stocked each one with a price of R19.99 I then took a photo to show the cashier who called the grocery manager who insisted on checking herself, she came back talking to me as though I were an errant child telling me that the image was a 'relay' only and called the manager, who also felt the need to raise his voice and talk to me as though I was some *********** idiot! Still no one has apologized for the incorrectly identified items. When I told them that this price was the only notification of pricing and this is the price to be paid both starting getting annoyed and made this obvious for the entire shop to see and hear. Needless to say I left a R2000 trolley behind unpaid for, for a R10 difference, as no customer should be treated with such horrid service! I will now take my shopping elsewhere!
