Pathetic - waiting more than 3 hours
I’ve been waiting 3 hours for my delivery. The status of my delivery cannot viewed, and they ask if the can WhatsApp you with status updates, well I received nothing. I emailed their help desk because I’m not getting through to anyone telephonically.
They take my money but I’m left with no groceries and essentials. Pathetic! If there is an issue at-least inform your paying customer!

07 Jan 2021, 16:50So I phoned again their line and eventually got through to a consultant who advised that his supervisor will follow up with the courier company.
I received a call later to be advised that the packages left at shop pass 12 and that the status has now been updated to delivered, yet I have not received any package.
The supervisor will phone the driver and get back to me... I am waiting now.
