Pathetic, unreliable Checkers

How can a delivery be acdepted by a person with a different name and address.... Pathetic service and even worse follow up. Call centre doesn't answer their calls and the checkers Virginia is even more pathetic. One call from a driver to tell us he delivered the items although to the wrong address. By the looks of it the company doesn't even give two ****s about striving for acceptable customer service.
