Pathetic Unprofessional & Unacceptable

My friend were generous to ordered groceries and paid sixty60 to deliver it by my house and so they did but when i got to my gate the driver were speaking with someone at checkers on loud speaker at around 1pm so they told him he forgot 1 of the bags at the store so he ask what now and the told him and I quote " no they must collect because they are not going to pay the gas again (sinse when are the client being hold accountable for their mistake) but i was not ",lus" for any hassle so i agreed that i would collect but then the driver told me he just have to go deliver in Annlin and then right after that he will deliver the rest. Im still waiting plus he didnt let me sign anything
