I usually go to Checkers queensburgh and I have overy the last 20 yes enjoyed wonderful customer care. However today there was a trainee manager vani moodley who was so arrogant and rude and most of all clueless. She should be packing shelves not be a trainee manager She isaid so cluelse's is is shocking. She has an arrogance that makes customers feel belittled. What a waste of my time trying to explain myself to her. She is so useless. My teenager could do a better job. Checkers please your old maangers at the store are so helpful and clued up. Why would Checkers train this woman to be a manager. All she did was frustrated me. I wish Checkers would think twice about training her to be a manager. She needs to go pack shelves. That would suite her better.
