Pathetic Store Manager

From 1992 my family have been loyal customers of Checkers in Oudtshoorn, Western Cape. Over the years there have been many different managers in charge, but none as pathetic as the current. The stock in the store has got less and less satisfactory especially in departments like gifts, toys and pets. We could always rely on it that we could buy a barbie for Christmas's or find a last minute gift, but not anymore as our checkers only sell a small assortment of old range barbies and steffi dolls. And specials shelves are empty. I WOULD NOT HAVE COMPLAINED BUT TODAY MY FATHER WAS TREATED LIKE JUNK BY THE FEMALE MANAGER AFTER THEY HAD A DISPUTE ABOUT A SPECIAL THAT WAS ADVERTISED IN A LEAFLET. This specific manager also reprimands her staff members very vocally in front of the public on a daily basis and was busy shouting at a staff member when my father entered the store this afternoon. My father has reported her on a previous occasion. It is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not speak to my dogs in the same way she speaks to her staff. We have known these staff members for years, they saw my husband and sister-in-law grow up and know us like family. CHECKERS, THIS IS NOT HOW WE KNOW YOUR SERVICE TO BE, it is a family store not a nuthouse!!
