Pathetic service & lack of communication

Checkers - Lakeside Mall This is one of the worst run shops on the Eastrand. Even the staff are not interested. We went to the store yesterday morning and were shocked when a lady in the bakery saw we were there and purposely ignored us and helped another client instead. Only two tills were open with people queuing down aisles, to get to the pay-points. My husband and i went to see the store manager and she saw me, and in turn she also purposely ignored me and refused to come out of the office.
