Pathetic service from staff and managers

The staff here gives you wrong information about their specials and then managers refuse to keep to the promises made about specials. They had cereal on special and when getting to the till to pay, no discount was calculated. They refuse point blank to stick to their promises made. It is appalling how elderly customers are treated!
