PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CHECKERS SIXTY 60 ********!!!!

I made an online purchase on 24 April and was charged R1000+ extra for "out of stock" items. The pre-authorisation deduction went through at lightening speed, but being refunded seems to be a huge energy intensive mission. I had to contact *** to request the refund and 3 idiots who dont seem to understand simple English have given me different promises anywhere between 2 and 7 days depending on what they thumb sucked at the time. In despair I requested a manager to call me today which needless to say hasnt happened. PATHETIC SERVICE! I will rather risk my life and go into a Pick n Pay /Woolies physical store in future than deal with these jokers!
