Pathetic service from checkers newton park.

Pathetic service received, i was at the cashier she was busy asking other cashier to get her scones, then someone else came and asked her for a checkers reward card and she stopped helping me twice, at this point i was fuming. Then the pamphlet shows a certain product assorted for a price but nobody knows whats going on yet the pamphlet shows it clearly. I phoned and spoke to a manager by the name of Dandre, i told her the cashier name she says to me there is no one by that name yet the the girl had a name badge on, she said the girl has someone elses name badge on, so i said she must go look for the girl with the name i gave her coz how else is she gonna know. But not sympathetic at all, made me feel stupid coz she told me there is no cashier by that name even after i said the girl had a name badge on. No help at all. For a manager also pathetic. She never even took my number to call back.
