PATHETIC SERVICE FROM CHECKERS HYPER

Checkers Hyper at 14th Avenue/ Roodepoort, the service I received today was so PATHETIC from Moipone who complained that she's been assisting all this customers. Then I moved to till 19 when I get there the cashier and packers were chatting, waiting for me to remove the trolley that was in front of me. The comment that came out from the cashier was " BLACK PEOPLE BEHAVES LIKE WHITES THIS DAY" I asked her what she's saying? I asked her if they want to work or what because first till I went to it, the cashier was complaining when I get to their her till, she's also complaining. I asked to see the manager, they called the Supervisor by the name of Maria. Who apologised on behalf of them, I'm still not happy with their service, their attitude towards Black customers its PATHETIC. I asked for the store manager, they called the liquor Manager by the name of Sydey who promised to talk to them, I'm not still not happy. Can you please do something about your customer service. Its very bad, I WILL NEVER AGAIN SET MY FOOT AT YOUR STORE. If you don't want your store to exposed regarding their treatment when it comes to Black customer please train them. Today they did it to me, tomorrow it will somebody else who will expose them. After 25 years of freedom you still have cashiers who treat Black person BAD OR like NOTHING. CHECKERS HYPER you better respond to complain before I raise this to higher authorities.
