PATHETIC SERVICE

Terrible service. Been struggling since March to get a wrong item delivery exchanged or refunded. During the last two months we also had a few items that was off and we logged it, but never got any response. Called Saturday and logged the complaint again, was assured I would be refunded but still waiting. Pathetic!! Sixty60 is useless.
