Pathetic Service

The orders placed then I go back online to show they are out of stock, I call into the callcentre and speak to Na MBT ( not sure if this is her real name ) pathetic service cannot assist i then request to speak to a manager but no one calls me ... This is the second time I am having an issue with my purchase first time the driver came with broken items and now they are out of stock and they cannot assist. When will my refund take place. I AM DONE WITH PLACING ORDERS ONLINE WITH YOU GUYS
