Pathetic service

I used to love ordering from checkers 360 but recently they've been really bad. I placed my order at 7ish and they say it would be there between 9 and 10. At 840 the driver calls saying hes infront of the gate but when we go outside he isnt there. I'm on the line with him he tells me hes going to hoot. He hoots I'm outside I dont hear anything he tells me after a while hes leaving. Then I check whether my account was refunded but nothing and they decide to bill me with the delivery fee is it my fault that this guy was at the wrong house. They have delivered before and no other driver had an issue finding the house. Pathetic service I will rather drive to checkers myself than use this service again.
