Pathetic service at Shoprite

I visited Checkers in Tongaat, Old main road roughy 2 weeks ago. I approached a manager regarding an issue with my child's formula which i had purchased. As i was explaining to him that the tin of S26 purchased was kinked on one end and it was possibly a reason for my 2 month old sons diahorrea as there were no other possibities after visiting the paediatrician, the guy became extremly aggressive with his hands shaking in anger, implying that im lying and taking a chance. Our conversation lasted less then a minute with his last words being, "Do you want your money back?" In a manner which said to me, take your money and get out. It saddens me to watch how checkers strives to prioritize customer service yet MANAGEMENT can behave in such a disgraceful manner. I will NEVER visit checkers again.
