Pathetic service at Checkers Norkem Mall

I booked a bus ticket, the teller processed everything. After completing the payment I was told that the ticket is not confirmed after they took my money. I asked for a refund, I was being given a go around being told that they need to call computicket first. What a pathetic service. It's simple, after paying for the service and their system fails I should get a refund. I was assisted by Elisha.
