PATHETIC SERVICE AT CHECKERS EMMARENTIA !!!!

Hi I have been shopping at Checkers Emmarentia for over 20 years ,but the lack of customer service is really pathethic. Especially when it comes to answering the telephone and redirecting the call to the manager Justice.

I called Emmarentia Checkers over 6 times today, but either cannot get through or if I did, the call is routed to Justice and it rings continuously. I called back (6 times) and the operator tries a different extension with the same result - the call rings continuously until I cut the call.

Eventually , after several attempts again, I get put through to Isabella - the Admin manager and then i find out the manager ,Justice is actually in checkers but is not taking calls. My wife came to Checkers Emmarentia and was told that there is no cash available. I am now calling to speak to Justice and am told that he is in another room where there is no reception. After begging Isabella to call him to the phone, I wait over 10 minutes again and still get no response . Eventually i had to cut the call. GETTING CASH OVER THE COUNTER AT CHECKERS Emmarentia is ALWAYS a FRUSTRATING experience !!! I then called Pick and Pay Victory park , who are ALWAYS sweet and very helpful - total OPPOSITE of checkers .!!! They didn't have the cash ,but told me "no problem, i can come and collect in an hours time.

What wonder service ALWAYS at Pick and Pay - but PATHETIC service at CHECKERS EMMARENTIA !!!!
