Pathetic service and staff incompetence

Sadly I cannot give less than a 1 star rating or I would have. To anyone utilizing Checkers and their Xtra savings card, check your till slips, because the staff void your member card after you swipe it and you get charged full price for everything. When you bring it to the managers attention they then try tell you that you need to pay in even after being charged full price for everything.
