Pathetic service and NO REFUND YET!

Very disappointed! I've used Checkers 60 roughly 3-4 times a week on average out of convenience, but my recent experience with them will ensure I NEVER use them again or shop at a Checkers again. I ordered well in advance and was expecting my groceries etc, only to be told late in the afternoon there was an error on their side. And to top it off, I HAVE NOT yet received my damn refund!? This is ridiculous!
