PATHETIC service and empty shelves

Checkers Cobble walk Durbanville Cape Town. Wow, pathetic. Sick and tired of walking into that shop and their Shelves are ALWAYS empty. For 4 years now, staying accross the road, I've kept quiete about this place. Year in and out its getting worse and it has NOTHING to do with covid crisis. Stock are always limited. If something is ons special at Checkers we must always drive far, or further to a other checkers because Cobble walk never has it in stock. If you ask someone when they will get stock NO ONE NEVER knows. Their bakery and hot foods are limited if you compaire it so other surrounding Checkers. The manager is NEVER to be seen. There is no one on the floor. The staff is sooooo unkind and doesnt matter what time of day you walk in there they always look as if they dont feel like working. The one lady at the cold meats took 10 min the other day to wrap 4 viennas for me. People waiting in que but she didnt even bother to call someone else or try to hurry up. I timed her. There is this one woman in the fruit and veg isle who realy doenst deserve her job. I adressed her how many times about body language towards customers. She hates picking up her feet. Sloeffff sloefff you hear from miles ahead. Her laziness is already the talk of the neighbourhood and everyone here calls her the " o ja the one who can't pick up her Feet" one. If she must weigh your stuff she cant even open her mouth to say or ask something.... she only functions on hand language. The tills are always closed. I know there are more than 8 tills but only 2 open during the day. We are lucky if you have 1 express till open. And like I said... these problems WAY before lockdown.
