pathetic service .

I would like to express my dissatisfaction service received from Checkers in Point mall (sea point) I purchased butter which they had on sale for R70 for 3 500g i was over charged . When I went back to the store and showed them the adverti*****t a lady by the name of Melissa helped me and she took the pricing from myself to supposedly check with her colleague to my surprise she changed the picture which had the original showing how much the butter was .I then also claimed my free range eggs which i did not get that they gave me another name and all the eggs were off when i got home with 2 of the eggs being broken . I waited over an hour for them to assist but it was like its ok his a regular here he can wait . I would like the area manager to call me regarding this
